Breathe Yoga Offerings
At Breathe Yoga, I can travel to your home, office, or an outside venue. I supply mats, bolsters, blankets, blocks, and eye pillows. Individual private classes are available, as well as small groups of up to twelve students.
This is great for business offices, school teachers, clinics, churches, scouts, school teams, Moms’ groups, or any group that is interested in wellness and relaxation.

Over the years, sound healing has also been used to treat a number of conditions including anxiety, depression, PTSD, autism, and dementia.
During Sound Therapy, I use instruments including singing bowls, crystal bowls, gongs, tuning forks & chimes. I also use the corresponding crystals for each chakra and bowl. The massage table is heated to a comfortable temperature. Use of the provided eye pillows enhance the experience, but are not necessary. Each session is typically sixty minutes, with the final ten minutes in complete silence for the client to readjust to full consciousness.
